- Coordinate communication between mentees and AH Educação mentors to support a strong program experience.
- Encourage constructive interactions and help manage community engagement.
- Provide support to students participating in the Mentorship Program.
- Help business owners grow while fostering an active, engaged community.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with business owners from varied backgrounds.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, including the ability to interpret metrics and suggest improvements.
- Resilience and emotional intelligence for handling changing demands under pressure.
- A proactive, well-organized approach to completing activities effectively.
- Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel when required by the program.
- Ability to work under an independent contractor arrangement.
- Availability for an on-site role, with potential for a hybrid arrangement as indicated by the position title.
