- Support and guide accounting business owners participating in the program.
- Help coordinate in-person and online events and meetings.
- Lead individual and group follow-up meetings with mentees.
- Monitor goals and performance indicators, using data to suggest improvements.
- Coordinate communication between mentees and AH Educação mentors to support a strong program experience.
- Encourage constructive interactions and help manage community engagement.
- Provide support to students participating in the Mentorship Program.
- Help business owners grow while fostering an active, engaged community.
