Lead real estate negotiations, lease renewals, and occupancy-cost strategies supporting Vivo’s retail store expansion. Shape the telecom company’s commercial property portfolio through strategic planning and stakeholder management.
Description
- Identify properties for new Vivo stores on high streets and in shopping centers.
- Direct lease negotiations and contract renewals.
- Create strategies to lower occupancy costs by renegotiating rent and related expenses.
- Arrange temporary sites, kiosks, and store relocations during renovations.
- Build and maintain relationships with shopping center operators, brokers, property owners, and real estate partners.
- Develop commercial proposals and lead negotiations for new agreements.
- Help oversee property maintenance, improvements, and contract-related issues.
- Coordinate with Asset Management, Legal, Construction, Finance, and Commercial teams to support projects.
- Help expand and optimize the company’s real estate portfolio.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience negotiating real estate transactions and lease agreements.
- Background in retail expansion, corporate real estate, or shopping center operations.
- Working knowledge of occupancy metrics and related costs.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Availability to travel as required.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
