Description
- Manage the clinical delivery of assigned studies
- Oversee the clinical components of study budgets
- Create monitoring plans and supporting tools
- Train clinical research associates (CRAs)
- Lead enrollment and study start-up activities
- Review monitoring trip reports
- Put corrective and preventive action plans into practice
- Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Identify and address risks that could affect clinical delivery
- Prepare reports and performance metrics for clinical activities
- Attend sponsor, investigator, and bid defense meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to lead a study’s clinical deliverables
- Subject-matter expertise in the assigned therapeutic area
- Previous monitoring experience is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%
- Fluency in the local language, both written and spoken
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located
