Business Development Leader, PCB and Electronics

Description
- Assess PCB value chains, technologies, market trends, and business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Build strategic partnerships and grow the customer base through marketing activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and carry out growth strategies.
- Identify business opportunities and risks, then coordinate actions with relevant teams.
- Travel frequently to OEM and customer sites in China and across Asia (about 50%).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or product development roles.
- At least five years of experience in metallization, plating, PCB, or related electronics industries.
- Experience in a technology role such as R&D or Applications is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills for business and technical information.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to OEM and customer sites in China and across Asia (about 50%).
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Trustworthiness, integrity, and strong ethical standards.
