Business Analyst – Trading Products (Bulgaria Remote)
Own trading product components and run-mode features while translating client needs into actionable requirements. Work closely with clients and Sales, project management, development, QA, DevOps, and technical writing teams.

- Drive work on trading product components and run-mode features
- Review and assess requests from clients
- Engage directly with clients and constructively challenge requirements when appropriate
- Coordinate with Sales, project managers, development, QA, DevOps, and technical writing teams
- Build expertise through structured shadowing with senior colleagues
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients
- Practical experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Experience in trading environments; FX systems experience is a major advantage
- Excellent English-language communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting and standing before clients
