Description

  • Gather and document stakeholder requirements, business processes, risks, and objectives
  • Write detailed user stories with clear, concise, and testable acceptance criteria
  • Perform gap analyses to identify and plan process changes and improvements
  • Specify functional and non-functional requirements
  • Manage and maintain the project backlog
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and record processes, risks, assumptions, and priorities
  • Assess end-to-end business processes and use data to identify opportunities and inform decisions
  • Create detailed process flows
  • Work with teams across functions and organizational levels to deliver project goals and outcomes
  • Support solution design, prototyping, and development through ideation, innovation, and business analysis
  • Contribute to large cross-functional projects and daily Scrum development activities
  • Coordinate work across multiple projects at the same time
  • Prepare cost-benefit analyses to inform prioritization
  • Maintain the communications and documentation needed for project approvals and sign-off
  • Assess user and customer behavior to shape customer-focused solutions and improve user experience
  • Find root causes and implement solutions that reduce issues, variation, and waste
  • Support and occasionally facilitate project meetings, converting business objectives into milestones and deliverables
  • Assist with testing, validation, and project management activities

Requirements

  • At least five years of analyst experience in the software or technology sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with Scrum and Kanban agile frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Agile metrics and ceremonies, including daily standups, retrospectives, and burndown charts
  • Knowledge of global supply chains spanning manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution is highly desirable
  • Extensive experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Experience understanding business and system workflows from front office through back office
  • Knowledge of integrating multiple systems and processes is highly desirable
  • Ability to identify solution options and evaluate their technical and business suitability
  • Substantial experience supporting and delivering large, complex, varied organizational projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects using structured methodologies
  • Experience managing other members of project teams
  • Ability to work across different project types and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Confidence presenting to stakeholders at every level of the organization
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Azure DevOps, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Knowledge of Power Query, macros, and advanced formulas is an advantage
  • Additional experience with Figma, Power BI, and Airtable
  • Knowledge of modern technologies including .NET, C#, SQL, React, and APIs
  • Ability to work across markets and regions with offshore teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-engagement skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
