Description

  • Design and plan complex building services installations.
  • Support projects from early concept through final delivery.
  • Manage work across HOAI service phases 1–9.
  • Calculate and design systems with suitable planning and engineering software.
  • Prepare, revise, and assess design and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects, specialist consultants, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Offer technical guidance throughout planning and execution.
  • Coordinate and oversee interfaces between technical disciplines.
  • Deliver compliant, cost-conscious, and technically robust designs.
  • Work without direct disciplinary responsibility for staff.

Requirements

  • Degree in building services engineering, building systems engineering, energy and building technology, or a comparable field.
  • Alternatively, vocational training plus qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsperson in HVAC or building services engineering.
  • Practical experience planning and designing building services installations.
  • Solid knowledge of heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
  • Competence with standard calculation and planning software.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • CAD experience is advantageous.
  • Good to very good written and spoken German.
  • An independent, organized, and dependable working style.
  • Collaborative approach with strong planning and coordination abilities.
