Associate Relationship Manager, Manufacturing (Remote - United States)

Description

  • Help grow and manage relationships with manufacturing vendors
  • Coordinate transactions, manage pipelines, support vendor onboarding, and provide day-to-day relationship assistance
  • Partner with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver financing solutions
  • Identify customer needs through sales discussions, data analysis, and industry publications
  • Prepare complete and accurate credit applications
  • Contact customers about missing materials, credit inquiries, and required contract documents
  • Keep internal systems updated with relationship information and forecasting data
  • Streamline communication between vendor partners and customers
  • Support the sales team by preparing quotes for vendor partners
  • Research original equipment manufacturers and their sales channels for potential programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated inside sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and use time effectively
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Ability to pass credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening checks
  • Must not receive a positive marijuana test because of federal banking regulations
  • Must satisfy employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify
