Associate Relationship Manager, Manufacturing (Remote - United States)
Support manufacturing vendor relationships at Axos Bank in a remote, full-time role. Coordinate financing applications, pipelines, onboarding, quotes, and customer communications.

- Help grow and manage relationships with manufacturing vendors
- Coordinate transactions, manage pipelines, support vendor onboarding, and provide day-to-day relationship assistance
- Partner with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver financing solutions
- Identify customer needs through sales discussions, data analysis, and industry publications
- Prepare complete and accurate credit applications
- Contact customers about missing materials, credit inquiries, and required contract documents
- Keep internal systems updated with relationship information and forecasting data
- Streamline communication between vendor partners and customers
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes for vendor partners
- Research original equipment manufacturers and their sales channels for potential programs

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated inside sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and use time effectively
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
- Ability to pass credit, criminal background, and pre-employment drug screening checks
- Must not receive a positive marijuana test because of federal banking regulations
- Must satisfy employment eligibility requirements verified through E-Verify
