Angular Frontend Developer

Build maintainable Angular applications for ELITS’ digital transformation consulting projects. Work with REST services, automated testing, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Description

  • Create and maintain frontend functionality with Angular
  • Develop and improve applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Design user interface components that are clean, reusable, and maintainable
  • Connect frontend applications to REST APIs and OpenAPI services
  • Support automated testing and help maintain CI/CD pipeline quality
  • Maintain npm dependencies through updates, version management, and security reviews
  • Partner with UX, backend, QA, and other engineering teams
  • Investigate technical issues, raise code quality, and contribute to ongoing improvements
  • Apply AI-assisted development tools in practical engineering workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related discipline
  • Five or more years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with Angular and TypeScript
  • Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience working with REST APIs, OpenAPI services, and current frontend development practices
  • Familiarity with automated testing, ideally including Playwright
  • Working knowledge of Git, npm, and CI/CD processes
  • Capacity to work independently, diagnose problems, take ownership, and collaborate across disciplines
  • Experience with AI coding agents, command-line AI tools, Model Context Protocol integrations, UX design, Figma, design systems, accessibility, enterprise software, cloud platforms, or telecommunications is an asset
  • Canadian residency with a valid Canadian work permit
  • Communicative, positive, customer-focused, analytical, logical, dependable, self-directed, resourceful, organized, proactive, and committed to quality
  • Ability to coordinate and manage several tasks at the same time
