Senior Business Analysis Consultant – Master Data Systems (Ohio Remote)
Support Cardinal Health’s master data, product information, and digital asset management applications as a business analysis consultant. Own requirements, testing coordination, and stakeholder alignment for enterprise data capabilities.
Description
- Manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements across MDM, PIM, DAM, and related enterprise data platforms
- Facilitate requirements workshops and create user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess solution options, align requirements with project scope, and inform delivery decisions
- Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect tracking
- Bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to support alignment, prioritization, and approvals
- Help maintain multiple MDM applications and strengthen enterprise data capabilities
Requirements
- Preferred experience range: 4–8 years
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting MDM applications such as Informatica IDMC, STEP PIM, and Bynder DAM
- Working knowledge of business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Ability to produce user stories, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Background coordinating functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, including test case review, execution support, and defect tracking
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
