Description

  • Create applications from the ground up while supporting, maintaining, and enhancing front-end web systems.
  • Build and maintain Micro-Frontend ecosystems designed for scalable growth, independent deployment, and reliable module integration.
  • Develop and support Angular-based single-page applications with a focus on stability, performance, and user experience.
  • Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and deliver lasting fixes within agreed service levels.
  • Support user acceptance testing, CI/CD package deployments, and post-release operational activities.
  • Work with business, support, architecture, back-end, and vendor teams to clarify requirements, integrate APIs, and resolve banking and insurance technology issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement through technical documentation, legacy code refactoring, and application governance.
  • Contribute to the architecture and delivery of high-code and low-code solutions, integrations, and enterprise services that maintain the stability and availability of Bradesco Seguros’ PGC Portal.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience building, developing, and supporting large-scale modern front-end applications.
  • Advanced expertise with Angular 16 or later, including Standalone Components, Signals, and control flow.
  • Practical experience designing and implementing Micro-Frontend architectures.
  • Strong command of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with NgRx or comparable state management solutions, together with reactive programming using RxJS.
  • Hands-on experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of client-side production troubleshooting, including browser DevTools, performance analysis, and memory leak detection.
  • Thorough understanding of version control, Git/GitFlow, and deployment workflows.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Analytical, proactive, and methodical approach to solving technical problems.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills when managing concurrent demands.
  • Consistent focus on deadlines and delivery quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Responsible, cooperative approach to supporting internal and external customers.
  • Desirable: back-end development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Desirable: familiarity with banking and insurance business ecosystems.
  • Desirable: experience with secure, highly available, mission-critical applications in banking or financial services.
  • Desirable: experience finding and addressing vulnerabilities with Fortify or SonarQube.
  • Desirable: familiarity with Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
