Description
- Grow spare-parts sales through proactive customer outreach and new sales strategies.
- Analyze performance and market information to uncover improvements and growth opportunities.
- Plan and deliver customer visits and presentations independently.
- Manage monthly forecasts for incoming orders.
- Develop and run sales campaigns with market counterparts and marketing teams.
- Build strategic partnerships.
- Help create a consistent approach across the sales team.
- Raise the profile of the Spare Parts division.
- Maintain key spare-parts tools and records, including CRM, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Coordinate global meetings to identify additional sales actions and initiatives.
- Pursue continuous improvements that grow the spare-parts business.
Requirements
- Bring several years of proactive sales experience, ideally in parts or components.
- Communicate effectively by phone and in person.
- Apply strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
- Use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
- Work independently, with a structured, goal-oriented, and sustainable approach, supported by strong organizational skills.
