Inside Sales Representative, Workplace Solutions

Manage customer accounts, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and grow sales for TD SYNNEX’s technology distribution business. The role supports authorized IT customers and specialist dealers in Germany.

Description

  • Manage a portfolio of authorized customers.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and coordinate specialist and technical questions with Product Marketing and suppliers.
  • Prepare quotations and share product information.
  • Work with Back Office colleagues on administrative tasks.
  • Negotiate prices independently.
  • Connect specialist dealers with TD SYNNEX services such as project financing, product customization, and special deliveries.
  • Track customer orders to support timely fulfillment.
  • Resolve complaints with a focus on finding solutions.
  • Run sales campaigns, follow up proactively with B2B customers, and identify additional business.
  • Re-engage inactive customers and help win them back.
  • Work toward quarterly revenue, margin, and KPI targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hardware manufacturers.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification.
  • Some experience selling IT products is preferred.
  • Strong interest in sales and demonstrated selling ability.
  • Comfort with phone-based customer contact and strong communication skills.
  • German and English language skills.
  • A proactive approach and ability to learn quickly.
  • Good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • SAP knowledge is helpful but not required.
