Advertising Manager, Utah (Remote)
Lead multi-channel advertising campaigns and manage more than $300K in monthly client ad spend for 97th Floor. Drive targeting, creative, analytics, bidding, and budget optimization to support measurable growth.
Description
- Lead advertising strategy for complex, high-value client accounts
- Coordinate campaign structure, audiences, creative, and budgets across multiple advertising channels
- Launch, optimize, and oversee more than $300K in monthly advertising spend
- Partner with content marketers, designers, and account directors on messaging and creative development
- Convert client business goals into measurable, data-informed advertising strategies
- Manage campaign development and optimization from planning through ongoing execution
- Build audiences, perform keyword research, oversee bidding, test creative, track conversions, and control budget pacing
- Serve as the primary client contact for advertising programs
- Present campaign strategy, performance, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly
- Track platform developments and industry trends while evaluating new features, formats, and channels
- Distribute advertising insights and effective practices across the team
- Strengthen internal playbooks, experimentation processes, and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is preferred but not required
- At least 2.5 years of technical advertising management experience
- Experience with at least four advertising platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Twitter Ads
- Ability to interpret and use performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and CPA
- Strong analytical capability with skill in turning data into actionable insights
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting
- Experience creating and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards
- Strong client communication and performance-data storytelling skills
