  • Lead make-or-buy decisions across AMS, including business cases, part costing and intercompany transfer pricing.
  • Integrate business intelligence and analytics tools into financial analysis.
  • Direct make-or-buy strategies and analyses, including cost models, profitability reviews, sourcing options and recommendations.
  • Build and present strategic business cases, investment analyses and operational footprint recommendations using financial models, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
  • Assess profitability and value chains across products, programs and business segments.
  • Work with Pricing, Purchasing, Operations and Remanufacturing teams on sourcing strategies, make-or-buy methods, pricing and portfolio optimization.
  • Guide cross-functional decision governance, business case reviews, stakeholder alignment, decision records and action tracking.
  • Advise management on strategic choices using financial and operational analysis.
  • Manage AMS product costing methods, cost models and financial validation, and resolve cost, pricing and profitability issues.
  • Maintain AMS transfer pricing methods, governance, approval workflows and implementation across legal entities and remanufacturing sites.
  • Evaluate finances and provide pricing support for external business quotations.
  • Manage AMS pricing approvals, documentation standards and financial controls.
  • Champion continuous improvement across AMS, leading efforts to improve transparency, workflow efficiency, governance, data quality and decision support.
  • Support process standardization, ERP improvements and benchmarking across AMS locations.
  • Lead special projects and strategic initiatives.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, data science or a related field.
  • Four years of experience in strategic finance, operations controlling, financial planning and analysis, product costing, purchasing finance or a related area.
  • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data, develop strategic recommendations and communicate insights effectively to executives.
  • Experience building financial models, strategic business cases and scenario analyses to support executive decisions.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate, decision-ready analysis by established deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience in product costing, profitability analysis, transfer pricing, pricing methods or make-or-buy analysis.
  • Experience supporting investment decisions, sourcing strategies, operational footprint analyses or external business quotations.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional governance forums or decision committees and documenting decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Experience with business intelligence, ERP, financial modeling, workflow automation or data visualization tools.
  • Experience in aftermarket parts and services, manufacturing, remanufacturing or commercial vehicle operations.
  • Plant or operations controlling experience.
