- Lead the PEO onboarding experience from initial discovery through setup
- Translate ambiguous product opportunities into technical designs, delivery plans, and durable abstractions
- Develop software in a regulated environment where accuracy and quality are essential
- Work with application teams to connect their domains into a unified customer journey
- Establish clear ownership boundaries across teams
- Apply AI tools to coding, code review, debugging, and codebase exploration
- Embed AI-powered guidance throughout the onboarding experience
- Track the onboarding funnel, define success measures, evaluate results, and use experiments to improve it
- Advance engineering practices through reviews, testing strategy, observability, and sound delivery decisions
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least eight years of professional software engineering experience
- Substantial experience owning customer-facing product areas in a large, production-scale codebase
- Broad full-stack engineering capability
- Comfort working with an established server-side codebase and a modern component-based frontend
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React/TypeScript is preferred
- Proven fluency with AI and regular use of AI development tools
- Ability to turn unclear business needs into practical solutions and deliver without complete specifications
- Strong cross-team collaboration and influencing skills
- Demonstrated success mentoring and developing other engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working on growth initiatives is a plus
