- Contribute to strategic planning and OKR initiatives.
- Help shape the organization’s strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Set shared goals and work with cross-functional teams and leaders.
- Help stakeholders define, launch, and advance strategic and organizational initiatives.
- Collect data and support business analysis.
- Create and maintain project trackers and timelines.
- Assess market trends and use findings to inform strategies and plans.
- Track business conditions, technology developments, and government activity.
- Support trials, new plans, business initiatives, and pilot programs.
- Recommend and make adjustments based on results.
- Work with business unit administrators and managers to develop and periodically review business and service plans.
- Keep departmental processes, projects, tasks, and spreadsheets current.
- Protect the confidentiality of members and employees.
- Review external organizations’ documents, identify issues, and improve processes and systems.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and develop practical implementation plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
