Senior Structured Credit Financial Consultant – Agribusiness (Remote)
Originate structured credit and liquidity solutions for agribusiness companies. Connect corporate borrowers with funding sources and investment committees.
विवरण
- Originate, qualify, and manage structured credit, securitization, and liquidity transactions with corporate borrowers and decision-makers
- Assess working capital and corporate debt needs for companies generating more than R$15 million in annual revenue
- Evaluate business projects and financing requirements
- Maintain consistent deal origination against a benchmark of two structured contracts per week
- Coordinate with credit desks and investment committees to validate proposed transactions
- Focus on clients and opportunities within the agribusiness sector
- Structure tailored credit solutions that connect corporate financing needs with appropriate funding sources
आवश्यकताएँ
- Maintain an active portfolio and demonstrable direct relationships with C-suite leaders, CFOs, and shareholders at medium-sized and large companies exceeding R$15 million in annual revenue
- Have practical knowledge of credit structures, FIDCs, asset managers, private funds, and institutional or federal funding programs such as BNDES
- Understand financial statements, credit theses, valuation, and financial engineering
- Be able to assess complex projects, working capital needs, and corporate debt requirements
- Demonstrate initiative, commercial judgment, results focus, operational discipline, and strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or Business Administration
- Bring senior commercial experience with Middle Market and Large Corporate clients, including an active agribusiness portfolio and established relationships
