- At least 4–5 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, or a related systems field
- Strong command of IT audit methods, technology and cybersecurity risks, internal controls, and relevant standards
- Ability to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT, application, security, and technology controls
- Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, data, cloud technologies, and technology governance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and business judgment abilities
- Capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with varied stakeholders and work independently or within a team
- Relevant certification such as CISA, CISSP, or an equivalent credential preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship
