  • Build and deploy production data pipelines, analytics engines, and generative AI applications with Databricks, Spark, Python/PySpark, and cloud platforms.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of hands-on experience in data engineering, machine learning, or solutions architecture.
  • At least three years of in-depth Databricks experience, including Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Spark/PySpark, Databricks Workflows/Jobs, and Mosaic AI.
  • Practical experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines, fine-tuning LLMs, using vector databases, and managing end-to-end ML pipelines.
  • Strong cloud-native architecture skills; AWS is preferred, including S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift.
  • A proven record of migrating legacy enterprise data warehouses or lakes to Databricks.
  • Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional and/or Machine Learning Professional certification preferred.
  • Experience leading technical delivery for Fortune 500 or other large enterprise clients.
  • Healthcare, retail, or consumer goods experience is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence presenting technical architectures, building proofs of concept and demos, and managing stakeholders through the C-suite.
  • Ability to identify technical growth opportunities in existing accounts and advocate for broader platform adoption.
