- Seal engineering documents and uphold quality standards.
- Lead and review designs for solar, battery storage, fuel cell, and combined heat and power facilities.
- Conduct and review utility interconnection, arc flash, short-circuit, and breaker coordination studies.
- Manage electrical scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Oversee planning for field investigations and site visits.
- Review plans for 3D laser scanning work.
- Address complex technical and coordination issues.
- Provide technical direction and review junior staff work.
- Work independently with broad decision-making authority.
- Coach and develop junior engineers and designers.
- Coordinate with clients, utilities, and other stakeholders.
- Support client relationships through technical guidance, proposals, and engagement.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- At least 10 years of design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Advanced knowledge of electrical power and building systems
- Experience with system coordination, protection, and controls integration
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary designs
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure or energy programs preferred
- Familiarity with utility coordination and interconnection processes preferred
- Willingness to travel 10–20% of the time
- Ability to work at a desk and computer for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to remain in a fixed position, often kneeling, standing, or sitting, for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movements
- Ability to work in a quiet environment
- Ability to adjust or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
