- Ensure deliverables meet applicable standards, codes, regulations, and organizational procedures.
- Identify technical risks and support mitigation plans that achieve value-focused design outcomes.
- Promote safe design through hazard identification and risk assessment.
- Lead technical delivery for smaller projects or defined components of complex projects.
- Coordinate and supervise small teams of engineers and technicians.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior colleagues.
- Develop and recommend engineering methodologies and technical solutions.
- Present technical recommendations and solutions to project teams and stakeholders.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs and support overall project success.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Professional engineering license or registration where required by local regulations.
- At least 7–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Proven experience delivering projects in a professional consulting, design, or engineering environment.
- Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Hands-on experience with ETAP is required.
- Experience with Revit is an advantage.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, resources, and project deliverables.
- Knowledge of applicable engineering standards, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Experience with quality assurance, design reviews, and technical verification.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication abilities.
- Sound engineering judgment and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges independently.
- Understanding of health, safety, risk management, and sustainable engineering principles.
- Effective planning, organizational, and commercial-awareness skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
