- Build and maintain views of workload, capacity, resource allocation, and priorities across Data Technology & Operations.
- Bring information from teams and initiatives together to produce useful insights and recommendations.
- Assess competing priorities, staffing needs, and organizational impacts to inform leadership decisions.
- Prepare analyses for workforce planning, workload management, and capacity decisions.
- Track trends, opportunities, and organizational constraints that affect performance and execution.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, economics, information systems, communications, technology management, or a related field; equivalent related experience may also qualify.
- Typically, at least 7 years of experience in business analysis, technology operations, planning, program support, or a related area.
- Experience working in cross-functional technology organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced skill with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or data visualization tools.
- Experience in a large Data & Analytics, Technology, or Product organization with multiple teams, stakeholder groups, and competing priorities.
- Background in strategic or capacity planning, organizational analysis, workload management, or operational decision-making.
- Ability to combine input from multiple initiatives and stakeholders into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience preparing executive communications, presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, PI Planning, value stream management, or product-oriented operating models.
- Experience with modernization, cloud migration, platform transformation, or other large-scale technology initiatives.
