Remote Collections Officer for Mexico and LATAM
Manage overdue customer accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and meet collection targets through outbound calls and professional follow-up. This full-time remote role supports U.S. customers from eligible LATAM locations.

- Oversee a portfolio of delinquent and overdue accounts
- Contact customers by phone and email regarding unpaid balances
- Respond professionally to objections and delayed payments
- Arrange payment plans and consistently track customer commitments
- Keep account records and follow-up actions accurate and current
- Meet daily and weekly collection goals and performance metrics
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of hands-on collections experience, including work with U.S. or international customer accounts
- Previous experience managing U.S. customers or accounts is strongly preferred
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Willingness to handle a high volume of outbound calls
- Ability to communicate clearly, directly, and concisely
- Persistent, firm, and professional approach
- Reliable follow-through and personal accountability
- Comfort working toward targets and performance metrics
- Collections experience must include actively pursuing overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and managing a delinquent portfolio
- Experience limited to accounts receivable, billing, credit analysis, credit control, accounting, clerical work, reconciliation, or data entry does not meet the primary experience requirement
