Lead architecture and delivery for patient-facing AI, EHR integrations, and scalable pharmacy infrastructure at Foundation Health. Shape safety, compliance, and engineering practices across health systems.

- Own architecture across multiple product areas.
- Design systems that can scale 10–100x without requiring a rewrite.
- Build initial solutions for the company’s most challenging technical problems.
- Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional projects.
- Advance engineering practices, including responsible AI use that improves delivery speed without compromising quality.
- Develop safe agentic AI for patient-facing voice and SMS experiences.
- Create evaluations, guardrails, red-team processes, and pharmacist-oversight designs.
- Integrate with Epic EHR workflows, including queues and prior-authorization automation.
- Support 340B compliance requirements.
- Define target-state architecture and lead expansion from a small number of health systems to hundreds.
- Guide decisions on model selection, context management, cost, latency, and evaluation methods.
- Partner directly with the VP of Engineering and CEO.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Recent, hands-on experience building complex production systems.
- Staff-plus experience in a high-bar engineering organization.
- A track record of making architectural decisions that support ongoing business operations.
- Production LLM experience beyond SDK usage, including agents, tool use, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Production experience with AI safety or LLM security is valuable.
- Experience working where failures carry significant consequences, such as healthcare, fintech, fraud, trust and safety, or compliance-focused environments.
- Ability to design systems for 10–100x growth without a rewrite.
- Ability to operate across architecture, AI engineering, EHR integration, and compliance-sensitive systems.
- Ability to show measurable outcomes from adopting agentic development practices, including effects on output and quality.
- Preference for working primarily across Eastern or Central time zones.
