  • Improve reliability, observability, security, and operational excellence through engineering practices.
  • Work with product, business, and technology leaders to address critical business challenges.
  • Guide strategic discovery, prototypes, proofs of concept, and transformation initiatives.
  • Coach senior engineers, architects, and engineering leaders, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.

  • At least 7 years of engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
  • At least 5 years leading enterprise-scale modernization or technology transformation initiatives.
  • At least 4 years of experience with API and integration strategy.
  • At least 2 years of experience with event-driven and asynchronous architectures.
  • At least 2 years of experience with generative AI, agentic AI, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted software engineering.
  • Experience deploying AI capabilities in production environments.
  • Experience with AI governance, controls, responsible AI, and AI-enabled modernization.
  • Strong executive communication and ability to explain technical concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
