- Set the technical direction for customer data and marketing technology architecture
- Define scalable data movement patterns across Snowflake, marketing platforms and customer channels
- Clarify the boundaries between enterprise data and marketing technology platforms
- Create reusable models for customer profiles, attributes, events, audiences, identity resolution and activation
- Guide batch, near-real-time, streaming and event-driven integration designs
- Set engineering standards for data quality, reconciliation, lineage, observability, testing and deployment
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Architecture, Privacy, Risk, Security and engineering teams
- Lead technical assessments and architecture reviews
- Support the growth of engineers through mentoring
- Evaluate designs and resolve complex engineering challenges hands-on
- Build trusted, reusable customer data capabilities for connected customer experiences
आवश्यकताएँ
- Provide technical leadership for architecture and engineering across enterprise-scale martech or customer engagement platforms
- Bring experience with modern cloud data platforms, preferably Snowflake; Databricks, BigQuery or Redshift experience is also relevant
- Use dbt or similar data transformation and analytics engineering practices
- Understand customer data platforms, audience management, journey orchestration or customer activation capabilities
- Have experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Segment, Tealium or comparable technologies
- Understand customer identity, profile management, identity resolution, data contracts and reusable data products
- Work with API, batch, streaming and event-driven integration patterns
- Make sound architectural decisions about the placement of data, capabilities and business logic
- Move effectively between enterprise strategy, architecture decisions and hands-on engineering detail
- Influence stakeholders across multiple teams
- Experience with every platform listed is not required
