- Design, develop, modify, and assess electronic components, circuit assemblies, and integrated circuitry for hardware systems.
- Establish suitable design methods, architectures, and operating parameters.
- Analyze equipment to define and validate operating data.
- Plan and perform experimental testing, then assess the resulting data.
- Organize departmental operations and professional technical work.
- Improve procedures and working practices while maintaining quality, throughput, and delivery standards.
- Oversee staffing activities and support employee performance development.
- Apply technical policies and strategies through engineering expertise and analytical judgment.
- Resolve complex manufacturing challenges involving varied technologies and interdependent production cycles.
- Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced colleagues.
- Manage small, low-risk engineering projects.
- Present technical information clearly and help teams reach agreement.
- Set performance expectations and manage sensitive workplace matters.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Advanced experience in engineering, technology, and electronic hardware for roles outside the United States.
- Education comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma combined with relevant experience, for roles outside the United States.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma or GED with at least six years of experience in the relevant job family or function, for roles in the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to investigate and resolve technical problems.
- Capability to document, plan, promote, and deliver programs.
- Demonstrated project management capability.
- Knowledge of semiconductor design and engineering, including analog, digital, mixed-signal, HMOS/MOS/CMOS, PLL, ADC, and DAC technologies.
