Sedgwick is hiring a Liability Claims Representative to manage bodily injury premises claims. The role covers claim investigation, exposure assessment, settlement negotiation, and communication with clients and claimants.

- Assess bodily injury premises claims for clients and determine applicable benefits
- Adjudicate claims continuously in line with service standards, industry practices, and client requirements
- Process claims through structured action plans to achieve appropriate and timely resolutions
- Investigate incidents and collect information to evaluate claim exposure
- Negotiate settlements within assigned authority
- Keep claimants and clients informed about claim activity and processing
- Report claims to the excess carrier
- Respond to direction requests promptly and professionally
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
- 1–2 years of claims management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- Experience handling bodily injury premises claims
- Texas license required
- Knowledge of applicable jurisdictions: AL, AK, AZ, CA, GA, ID, IN, KY, LA, MI, MS, MT, NV, OR, NC, SC, TX, UT
- Strong conceptual and clear-thinking abilities
- Excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and discretionary skills
- Ability to manage work-related stress
- Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer keyboarding, hearing, vision, and verbal communication abilities required for the role
