Lead Product Manager, Business Intelligence – Commercial Cards
Lead analytics and data strategy for Wells Fargo’s Commercial Card business. Develop reporting, campaigns, portfolio insights, and dashboards that support growth and product decisions.

- Guide Commercial Card strategy through analytics, information management, and business insights
- Turn data into actionable narratives that inform strategy, commercial card growth, and portfolio management
- Assess internal and external data sources, integrate information, and generate insights for card data and system architecture
- Lead business adoption of the enterprise data schema across card networks, processors, and Wells Fargo data environments
- Define business requirements, data definitions, and use cases for data architecture initiatives
- Coordinate between IT partners, card networks, processors, and bank Analytics and Reporting teams
- Create card campaigns using advanced analytics and cohort analysis
- Segment clients, package products and sales strategies, increase card adoption, and improve engagement and portfolio management
- Evaluate product performance, client needs, client profiles, card portfolio results, and business development opportunities
- Equip Sales with persuasive narratives and engaging content
- Create and implement data models for dynamic pricing, spend analytics, and risk assessment
- Present complex analysis as clear stories for leaders and partner teams
- Locate information sources, solve problems creatively, and put analytics solutions into operation for business reporting
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards for Product Managers
- Organize and manage Commercial Card data with bank analytics and IT teams
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, or change delivery, or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education
- At least five years of experience in commercial card product management, payments innovation, or financial services analytics
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Experience using data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI
- Expertise in statistical analysis
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in financial services is advantageous
- Excellent storytelling ability, with the skill to turn data into narratives that prompt business action
- Client-focused approach and enthusiasm for delivering innovative, value-adding solutions
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data science, or a related discipline is preferred
- An MBA or advanced analytics certification is an advantage
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship
