Inside Sales Representative at myPOS — Sofia Hybrid
Join myPOS as an Inside Sales Representative in Sofia, helping local businesses choose payment solutions. You will manage inbound leads, deliver tailored demos, maintain the sales pipeline, and develop customer relationships.

- Engage with inbound leads from local businesses to understand their needs
- Show how myPOS products can contribute to business growth
- Serve as a trusted adviser and payments specialist
- Recommend myPOS solutions suited to each customer’s business
- Strengthen customer relationships through consistent follow-up
- Turn sales conversations into new customers and revenue
- Maintain accurate ownership of the sales pipeline and customer progress
- Collaborate with sales teams across Europe and internal stakeholders
- Provide a seamless, positive customer experience
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in a phone-based customer-facing role involving complex conversations and follow-up
- Previous inside sales or business development experience is a strong advantage
- Experience using CRM platforms is required; HubSpot experience is helpful but not essential
- Demonstrate initiative, a practical approach, and accountability for work and results
- Communicate clearly, build rapport effectively, and adapt your interpersonal style
- Manage time and organize work effectively
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Native-level Bulgarian
- Advanced English proficiency
