  • Design and deliver production AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.
  • Build declarative and autonomous agents, Copilot connectors, plugins, topics, and actions.
  • Connect Copilot with SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph, Dataverse, and business systems.
  • Refine prompts, instructions, and agent configurations using test results and user feedback.
  • Develop custom agents and AI applications in Azure AI Foundry.
  • Select, deploy, and configure models from the Foundry catalog, explaining trade-offs in cost, quality, and latency.
  • Create agentic workflows with tool calling, multi-step orchestration, and human review controls.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs, Azure Functions, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
  • Develop complete RAG pipelines covering data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector and hybrid search, and grounding.
  • Use Azure AI Search and Azure AI Document Intelligence to index and extract knowledge from client content.
  • Work with data engineers to connect AI solutions to Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and other enterprise data platforms.
  • Create evaluation datasets and test harnesses to measure answer quality, groundedness, hallucinations, safety, latency, and cost.
  • Set up logging, monitoring, and tracing for deployed agents and models.
  • Apply security, identity, and governance controls with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Azure AI Content Safety.
  • Follow version control, CI/CD, and code review practices for AI code and configuration.
  • Gather requirements, lead working sessions, demonstrate progress, and set expectations with client stakeholders.
  • Turn business challenges into scoped AI use cases with measurable success criteria.
  • Train client users and administrators, and support adoption after launch.
  • Develop reusable patterns, accelerators, and documentation for Collectiv’s AI practice.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least four years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience building and deploying generative AI or LLM-powered solutions in production or client environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Copilot Studio.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or Azure OpenAI.
  • Experience building RAG solutions with Azure AI Search.
  • Strong Python or C# skills.
  • Experience working in Azure across storage, compute, identity, and networking.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
  • Preferred: experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
  • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Power BI.
  • Preferred: experience with LLMOps practices, including evaluation frameworks, prompt management, and model monitoring.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI security, privacy, and compliance considerations in regulated industries.
  • Preferred: consulting experience with multiple clients or across industries.
  • Preferred: relevant credentials such as Azure AI Engineer Associate, Copilot Studio or Power Platform certifications, or Fabric certifications (DP-600, DP-700).
