Support the SVP of Marketing Operational Strategy & Alignment and the SVP of Media Strategy
Provide occasional backup support to the Chief Marketing & Data Officer
Manage calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reports for two or more executives
Translate broad executive-office goals into daily and weekly priorities with minimal supervision
Create and implement systems for managing information, projects, and communications
Coordinate vendor and constituent meetings, communications, and information exchange
Communicate tactfully with senior leaders, cross-functional leads, and colleagues
Plan senior-level meetings and events, including schedules, agendas, logistics, space plans, guest lists, RSVP tracking, and catering
Coordinate executive attendance at premieres, industry awards, and other events
Handle confidential business matters and communications while tracking business documents
Research specialized topics as needed
Build an internal network among executive assistants, Facilities, and other key contacts

आवश्यकताएँ

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
At least seven years of administrative experience supporting vice presidents or more senior executives
Demonstrated judgment, diplomacy, and initiative
Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive data
Technical proficiency and some media or technology experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with senior managers, executives, and organizations inside and outside the company
Ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Strong prioritization skills and dependable follow-through across multiple concurrent projects
Self-directed decision-maker who can act on behalf of an executive
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with Concur, Oracle Fusion, Airtable, and Google Suite
Experience creating and maintaining distribution lists and pivot tables
Experience using AI tools
