- Provide staff leadership in accordance with established company policies and procedures
- Oversee business operations to uphold professional standards
- Direct business functions, including approval of project plans, budgets, and work breakdown structures
- Develop and execute short- and long-term service delivery strategies within defined schedules and budgets
- Set and communicate goals, objectives, methodologies, tasks, activities, roles, and responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through broad organizational communication
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 15 years of relevant experience
- At least 10 years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience working within the company’s past and current business environment
- Experience applying concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to the assigned areas
- Experience interpreting the management implications of different types of financial data
