- At least 10 years of experience addressing public policy issues
- Strong understanding of policy issues related to non-communicable diseases or cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, including MASH and obesity
- Expertise working with government and nongovernmental organizations involved in global public policy
- Strong understanding of global healthcare policy processes and the roles and influence of key stakeholders
- Ability to identify strategic priorities
- Ability to achieve policy goals in a matrixed organization
- Experience overseeing consultants and budgets
- Collaborative and inclusive working style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A master’s or graduate degree in a healthcare policy-related field is strongly preferred
- At least five years of experience in global policy is preferred
