Data Analyst, Supply Operations – India Remote
Analyze courier supply, dispatch performance, and operational experiments for MRSOOL, a major MENA delivery platform. Improve data quality, reporting, and decision-making across the supply organization.

- Lead end-to-end supply analysis, from framing business questions and validating data to delivering actionable conclusions
- Track and investigate assignment speed, acceptance, courier availability, and delivery success
- Trace shifts in supply performance to their underlying causes
- Assess the courier journey from onboarding and activation through retention, reliability, and earnings
- Measure the effects of product updates, incentives, and operational programs through experiments and impact analysis
- Maintain trusted supply metrics and introduce early checks for anomalies and inconsistencies
- Create and maintain authoritative supply dashboards
- Support self-service reporting and teach teams to use dashboards effectively
- Turn analytical findings into recommendations for product, operations, and leadership
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least three years of analytical experience in marketplace, logistics, ride-hailing, or on-demand delivery businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, economics, or a comparable quantitative discipline
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries over large event datasets and independent result validation
- Practical Python experience for analysis that extends beyond SQL
- Strong grounding in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, power analysis, and marketplace network effects
- Understanding of supply-side marketplace behavior, including utilization, courier earnings, acceptance patterns, and speed-versus-cost trade-offs
- Ability to turn unclear operational problems into structured analyses and defensible conclusions
- Strong analytical judgment with the confidence to question assumptions and evaluate data quality
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to operations and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with dispatch, matching, or courier and fleet supply analytics is preferred
- A master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
- Experience with geospatial analysis using H3, geohash, or PostGIS is preferred
- Experience with time-series forecasting is preferred
- Experience with Trino or Presto and BI platforms such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau is preferred
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred
