- Advise on Regulatory Compliance Testing methodologies, standards, processes, and supporting tools
- Help develop, implement, maintain, and govern testing procedures, templates, guidance, and playbooks
- Coordinate annual planning activities, including risk assessments, coverage reviews, capacity planning, and reporting
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and upkeep of the Testing Quality Assurance and Improvement Program
- Conduct quality reviews and thematic assessments against testing standards, methodologies, and reporting expectations
- Identify ways to strengthen testing methods, operating procedures, workflows, tools, and reporting practices
- Evaluate test results, issue patterns, quality measures, operational metrics, and related data to surface insights, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain management reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for executives
- Support governance for methodology updates, issue management, quality observations, strategic initiatives, and operational effectiveness
- Track regulatory changes, industry developments, professional practices, and testing approaches, recommending appropriate enhancements
- Assist with regulatory examinations, internal reviews, quality assessments, management reviews, and other oversight work
- Create and deliver training, coaching, communications, and educational resources
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve Testing capabilities, effectiveness, maturity, and value to stakeholders
- Prepare communications, reports, presentations, and governance documentation
- Assess complex problems, synthesize information from varied sources, and formulate recommendations
- Use reporting tools, metrics, and analytics to monitor performance, detect trends, and inform risk-based decisions
- Preserve independence, objectivity, and professional skepticism in all work
- Work autonomously and address non-routine matters using sound judgment, analysis, and problem-solving
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least 5–7 years of experience in regulatory compliance testing, compliance risk management, audit, quality assurance, risk management, governance, or a related field
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A professional credential such as CRCM, CAMS, CIA, CPA, CRMA, or an equivalent designation is preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, testing methods, risk assessment, issue management, and quality assurance principles
- Experience contributing to methodology development, quality assurance programs, annual planning, governance, reporting, training, or operational effectiveness work
- Ability to interpret data, recognize trends, and produce actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready reports and presentations
- Proven collaboration, stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills
