- Ensure the efficiency, quality, and compliance of automotive distributors’ operational processes
- Conduct process audits and evaluations
- Provide specialized consulting support
- Advance continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards
- Deliver consulting on process standardization and training
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, or process improvement within the automotive industry
- Experience with automotive distributors, including dealerships or after-sales operations, is desirable
- Knowledge of process auditing and business process management
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems used by distributors
- Knowledge of operational KPIs
- Basic Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is desirable
- Analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptability and ability to work as part of a team
- Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
- Availability for domestic and international travel
