Description

  • Ensure the efficiency, quality, and compliance of automotive distributors’ operational processes
  • Conduct process audits and evaluations
  • Provide specialized consulting support
  • Advance continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards
  • Deliver consulting on process standardization and training

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, or process improvement within the automotive industry
  • Experience with automotive distributors, including dealerships or after-sales operations, is desirable
  • Knowledge of process auditing and business process management
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations
  • Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems used by distributors
  • Knowledge of operational KPIs
  • Basic Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is desirable
  • Analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and ability to work as part of a team
  • Results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Availability for domestic and international travel
