  • Handle accounts payable transactions.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements.
  • Prepare electronic banking transactions for approval across multiple countries.
  • Assist with local year-end results.
  • Process employee expenses.
  • Prepare month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Reconcile subcontractor invoices and prepare margin analyses.
  • Support the Financial Controller with weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist the Finance team with the annual audit and ad hoc requests.
  • Provide finance support to APAC business units as part of an international team.

  • Hold a degree in Accounting or be working towards an accounting qualification.
  • Have demonstrable experience in an accounting field or discipline.
  • Have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications and ERP accounting software.

  • Use problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Work well in a team and bring a positive attitude.
