- Manage and grow customer relationships across the assigned region
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through contract closure
- Assess market opportunities and shape regional sales strategies
- Consult with and negotiate among procurement teams, nursing personnel, and medical professionals
- Lead initiatives that improve processes and expand customer accounts
- Track the sales pipeline and produce forecasts in the CRM system
- Develop lasting customer partnerships and tailored solutions for healthcare providers
- Guide the strategic and day-to-day growth of the sales territory
आवश्यकताएँ
- A completed degree or equivalent experience in sales
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Strategic thinking combined with strong delivery skills
- Self-directed, results-focused working style
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Background in clinical settings or medical devices is preferred
- Very strong German and good English proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel approximately 60–80%
