Provide senior strategic counsel to WIL, a workforce and execution intelligence organization, on government-contracting opportunities, compliance, partnerships, and growth decisions.

- Assess which government opportunities to pursue or decline
- Identify where government purchasing processes may be underestimated
- Define capabilities needed before pursuing larger contracts
- Advise on when to serve as prime contractor versus partner
- Explain what helps a newer entrant earn agency credibility
- Spot mistakes that can create post-award challenges
- Recommend ways to build government-contracting capabilities without unnecessary overhead
- Join periodic strategic discussions
- Review selected opportunities and business decisions
- Make appropriate introductions independently when relevant
- Substantial execution work, including capture support, proposal development, contract strategy, or partner engagement, may be scoped separately as full-time employment or project-based contract work
Talablar
- Significant hands-on government-contracting experience beyond holding a relevant title
- Sound judgment and the willingness to challenge assumptions
- Availability for periodic remote strategic discussions
- Willingness to consider full-time employment or project-based contract work in a remote-first setting, with travel as partner and field activities require
- Experience with FAR or DFARS, IDIQ, BPA, GWAC, or GSA Schedules is preferred
- Leadership in capture, proposal development, or post-award compliance is preferred
- Experience with professional services, research, analytics, workforce, infrastructure, or technology contracts is preferred
