Tavsif

  • Manage campaign execution, performance, and growth for an assigned client portfolio
  • Align paid advertising activity with broader client business objectives
  • Partner with account leaders to shape channel strategy within the wider media mix
  • Handle reporting, optimization, client communication, keyword research, ad copy, bid management, and daily campaign operations
  • Run performance marketing campaigns through paid social and native paid media platforms
  • Build and launch campaigns across channels while meeting delivery deadlines
  • Direct optimizations that improve results against defined goals
  • Manage client budgets, maintain accurate pacing, and recommend budget adjustments
  • Conduct quality assurance to reduce errors that could affect client revenue
  • Recommend proactive strategies while identifying opportunities and potential risks
  • Maintain client testing roadmaps and coordinate experimentation follow-up
  • Raise significant performance risks promptly
  • Keep internal teams informed about performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
  • Deliver weekly client updates with performance analysis and forward-looking recommendations
  • Apply full-funnel marketing expertise and Power Digital processes
  • Use the Nova ecosystem and AI tools to improve business workflows
  • Translate data into clear narratives about results and next steps for clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve KPIs related to workload revenue, client retention, and team retention

Talablar

  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
  • Two to three years of digital marketing experience
  • One to two years of agency experience
  • At least two to three years of hands-on experience with two or more paid advertising channels
  • Experience with Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other paid advertising networks
  • Experience in bid optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign strategy, and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in client-facing presentations and communication
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company
