Tavsif
- Lead the design and delivery of Nokia’s compliance framework in India
- Apply global compliance policies, procedures, and controls
- Partner with business leaders and other key stakeholders across India
- Identify and address compliance risks specific to the Indian market
- Manage compliance monitoring and assessment activities
- Establish country-specific processes to reduce compliance exposure
- Guide business leaders and stakeholders on compliance risks
- Connect compliance objectives with business strategy and operational priorities
- Create practical and innovative approaches to compliance risk mitigation
- Work across functions on initiatives covering privacy, human rights, trade sanctions, and regulatory compliance
- Provide compliance training and targeted communications to teams in India
- Strengthen an ethical culture and encourage speak-up practices
- Assist with investigations and remediation efforts
- Work with regulators and auditors when required
- Support audits and improve compliance processes on an ongoing basis
Talablar
- Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, business, or a related discipline
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational organization
- At least 6 years of compliance or regulatory experience within a multinational company
- Thorough understanding of anti-corruption regulations, including the FCPA and UK Bribery Act
- Ability to apply strategic thinking to compliance challenges
- Resourcefulness in developing practical solutions
- Sound ethical judgment and decision-making
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities
- Effective collaboration across functions
- Knowledge of commercial compliance topics such as privacy, human rights, and trade is desirable
