Tavsif

  • Bridge IT and business teams to keep systems secure, reliable, innovative, and aligned with institutional processes.
  • Lead discussions with business areas to align and prioritize requests against the project portfolio and IT Master Plan.
  • Analyze business data and requirements, and prepare functional specifications with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop test scenarios and support business teams with system acceptance testing to ensure deliverable quality.
  • Recommend technology solutions that improve processes and the quality of information.
  • Support business teams in using systems effectively by preparing and maintaining standardized manuals.
  • Configure systems across low, medium, and high complexity levels in line with institutional processes.
  • Plan and deliver courses and presentations to train users on implementing and using institutional systems.
  • Create reports and extract system data for business analysis and decision-making.

Talablar

  • Completed or in-progress bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of requirements analysis and business processes.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments and professional roles.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on solving problems.
  • Experience with health insurance operator processes and systems, including application maintenance and support, ticket management, and improvement implementation.
  • Experience with Tasy ERP modules for health insurance operations and understanding of the related business processes.
  • Knowledge of provider credentialing; beneficiary, company, and product registration; payment workflows; and operator financial processes.
  • SQL skills for querying and extracting data and developing reports for business teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and SLAs for tracking performance and identifying opportunities to improve.
  • Preferred: experience implementing systems for health insurance operations.
  • Preferred: experience with Planium, Horuss, or similar systems, platforms, and portals.
  • Preferred: knowledge of healthcare financial and accounting processes.
  • Preferred: knowledge of the hospital cycle and its integration with health insurance operations, including patient care, billing, and the OPME cycle.
  • Based in Campinas or the surrounding area.
  • Available to work in a hybrid arrangement at 2Care’s Campinas headquarters.
