Tavsif

  • Prepare technical product documentation and lead design reviews.
  • Develop system block diagrams with leading networking ASIC suppliers.
  • Design networking switches.
  • Review schematics and board layouts.
  • Lead hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, design validation, and production-yield activities with tier-one ODM and JDM partners.
  • Coordinate with major component suppliers on next-generation technology focused on performance and cost efficiency.
  • Define future products with product management and software platform teams.
  • Coordinate with industrial design, mechanical engineering, compliance, and supply chain teams throughout each NPI phase.
  • Drive products through to market launch.
  • Investigate, debug, and identify root causes of major customer issues during product sustainment.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovation.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering plus 7 years of networking equipment hardware system design experience, or a master’s degree plus 4 years of experience.
  • Experience with multi-gigabit Ethernet and Power over Ethernet (PoE).
  • Experience with schematics and layouts, hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, and system-level testing.
  • Experience partnering with software teams on system bring-up and porting.
  • Experience configuring devices at the register level.
  • Familiarity with networking technologies and concepts.
  • Experience developing high-volume, cost-sensitive products.
  • Experience taking products into production.
  • Experience working across teams in different time zones.
  • Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
  • Self-directed, execution-focused approach.
