Tavsif

  • Lead adoption consulting delivery for initiative owners across US Renewables & Power
  • Support adoption and lasting sustainment of cross-functional initiatives
  • Put the Business Transformation Adoption approach into practice across US Renewables & Power
  • Advise initiative owners on communications, training, knowledge, documentation, and orchestration
  • Use and improve the methods, toolkits, playbooks, and standards that guide adoption plans
  • Help establish long-term ownership for adoption tracking, sustainment measurement, and upkeep
  • Work with leaders to identify upcoming initiatives and agree on the Business Transformation Adoption approach
  • Communicate how the team contributes to business outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR, HR business partners, and the US Renewables & Power Change Management team
  • Coordinate with the BT S2G, Training, and Knowledge and Documentation teams
  • Summarize adoption insights and results for leadership
  • Represent BT Adoption in Business Transformation and US Renewables & Power forums
  • Coach fellow analysts in the tactical delivery of adoption work

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, information science, communications, or equivalent education or work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in business transformation, change management, program management, or a related field
  • Evidence of increasing scope and responsibility
  • Experience contributing to and shaping methods, frameworks, toolkits, or playbooks for cross-functional work
  • Experience as a project lead or senior resource, coordinating others’ work and mentoring less experienced analysts
  • Ability to advise, engage, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience presenting approaches, progress, and risks
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work across business functions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Comfort facilitating cross-functional discussions, including with leaders
  • Strong facilitation skills, including experience leading workshops, stakeholder sessions, and planning
  • Familiarity with adoption measurement
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, CKM, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and renewable generation technologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint
  • Must complete employment authorization verification using Form I-9
