Senior Anti-Fraud Specialist
Investigate fraud across inDrive’s ride-hailing, delivery, and city-to-city services. Use SQL, Python, and risk analytics to detect schemes and reduce losses.
Tavsif
- Review transaction and behavioral data with SQL and Python to uncover suspicious patterns and emerging fraud schemes.
- Build, refine, and maintain fraud detection rules and dashboards.
- Measure detection rule performance using precision and other key metrics.
- Handle fraud cases from initial detection through investigation, documentation, and escalation of confirmed incidents.
- Assess risks in new and existing product features with Product teams.
- Track fraud losses, identify their main sources, and develop reduction plans.
- Work with Product and cross-functional teams to propose and put fraud mitigation measures into practice.
Talablar
- At least two years of experience in anti-fraud, risk analytics, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing large datasets.
- A sound grasp of statistics and the ability to apply statistical methods to behavioral analysis and anomaly detection.
- Experience working with data, independently spotting suspicious patterns, and forming hypotheses.
- Strong analytical judgment, close attention to detail, and a methodical approach to investigations.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and independently taking investigations from initial detection to practical conclusions and recommendations.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
